Accepted payment methods

You can pay for your order by Cartes Bancaires, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, EPS and MobilePay.

The methods actually available are the ones shown at checkout, depending on your delivery country and the contents of your cart.

Secure payment, without leaving the site

Card transactions made on www.pridebodyboards.com are processed by Shopify Payments, our payment service provider. Payment takes place directly on the site: you are not redirected to any external platform.

All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted. Card numbers can neither be detected, intercepted nor used by third parties, and they are not kept on Pride Bodyboards’ systems: we never have access to them.

Our provider is certified PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of the payment card industry security standard.

Strong authentication (3-D Secure)

Card payments are subject to strong customer authentication, in accordance with European payment services regulations: in addition to your card details, your bank asks you to confirm the transaction, usually from its mobile app or with a code sent by SMS.

If something goes wrong

The payment provider is a technical intermediary: it does not handle disputes relating to orders. These are settled directly with Pride Bodyboards and/or the Customer’s bank.
