Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the parcel and the delivery address. They are displayed at the time of the order, before any payment. The prices shown include all taxes, at the rate applicable in the country of destination.

Pride Bodyboards delivers to 74 countries and territories. The list of destinations actually served is the one offered at the time of the order.

Delivery times

Any order confirmed before 11:00 (GMT+1) from Monday to Friday is prepared and dispatched the same day. After that time, it is dispatched on the next working day. This service time is not guaranteed on public holidays or during certain busy periods.

In addition to this preparation time, the carrier’s transit times apply (DHL, FEDEX, DPD, CHRONOPOST, COLISSIMO), generally 2 to 3 working days within Europe. These times are indicative and may vary.

Order tracking

When the order is ready to be dispatched, the customer receives a dispatch confirmation e-mail at the address provided with the order, together with a tracking number.

Returns and withdrawal

The consumer customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

Return costs for products received damaged or non-conforming are covered in full, 100%. In all other cases (wrong colour, wrong size, etc.), return costs are borne by the customer.
