WE USE 82% REPREVE® RECYCLED POLYESTER, 10% UPCYCLED COCONUT FIBRES AND 8% ELASTANE IN OUR BOARDSHORTS.

82% recycled polyester
We use Repreve® recycled polyester fibres, the world leader in recycled polyester fibre. These fibres are created from used plastic bottles, shredded into flakes and then melted to create the fibres. They are traceable thanks to a DNA marker placed on every fibre by Repreve®, guaranteeing the recycled origin of each pair of boardshorts.

Each pair of boardshorts contains an average of 8 recycled plastic bottles. Polyester dries very quickly, and every bottle used in these boardshorts is one that will not end up in the line-up.

10% upcycled coconut fibres
We also use 10% upcycled coconut fibres in the making of our boardshorts. These fibres are recovered before being thrown away by the coconut milk and coconut water food industry, so that they can be used in our swimwear.

These fibres give our boardshorts a lighter texture and speed up drying even further. You will feel as though you are wearing nothing at all, the fabric is so light. On top of that, they dry within minutes once you are out of the water.

8% elastane
Our goal is clear: to create the most environmentally friendly products while keeping the highest level of performance. That is why we use 8% elastane, to make our boardshorts ultra-stretchy.
