The Round Island, « Isla Redonda », is the native name of Gran Canaria — a volcanic circle lost in the Atlantic, home to some of the best waves on the planet.

This time we stay close to home with Javi Dominguez, Gabriel Mendoza and Alexander Laitinen — three friends raised on the most perfect bodyboarding reefs of Gran Canaria.

They know the island like the back of their hand, and for good reason: it is arguably one of the best places in the world to be a bodyboarder.
